Our Mission
Helping organizations understand and apply generative AI capabilities with appropriate care and structure
Return HomeAbout geenaras
geenaras was established in early 2024 in response to the growing interest among Malaysian organizations in understanding how generative AI might support their operations. We recognized that while the technology presents interesting possibilities, many organizations needed practical guidance on where these capabilities might be applied responsibly and how to establish appropriate oversight.
Our approach is grounded in the recognition that generative AI tools are developing rapidly and that organizations benefit most from understanding both the potential applications and the current limitations. We work with teams to explore specific use cases relevant to their context, discuss quality and accuracy considerations openly, and help establish frameworks that allow for thoughtful experimentation while maintaining appropriate controls.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, we serve organizations across Malaysia that are considering or actively working with generative AI capabilities. Our services range from introductory workshops for teams beginning to explore the technology, to custom solution development for organizations with defined needs, to governance framework establishment for those wanting to structure their AI adoption with appropriate policies and procedures.
We believe that generative AI represents a meaningful shift in how certain content creation and communication tasks can be approached, and that organizations benefit from engaging with these capabilities in a structured, realistic manner. Our role is to provide the guidance, technical development, and governance support that allows for this engagement to happen with appropriate care for quality, accuracy, and organizational fit.

Rajesh designs and develops custom AI solutions, working with model selection, prompt engineering, and system architecture to deliver applications that meet specific organizational needs.
Lim Tze Wei
Governance Specialist
Tze Wei develops governance frameworks for generative AI adoption, creating policies and procedures that address quality assurance, compliance, and responsible use considerations.
Our Standards
We maintain clear principles in how we approach generative AI integration with organizations
Realistic Assessment
We discuss both the capabilities and limitations of current generative AI technologies openly, helping organizations form accurate expectations about what these tools can and cannot accomplish.
Quality Focus
Our implementations include quality monitoring, output verification procedures, and feedback mechanisms designed to maintain standards appropriate to each organization's requirements and risk tolerance.
Data Privacy
We structure data handling in accordance with organizational policies and can implement solutions that keep sensitive information within controlled environments or on-premises infrastructure.
Compliance Awareness
Our governance frameworks address intellectual property considerations, bias monitoring, and industry-specific regulatory requirements relevant to each organization's sector and location.
Continuous Improvement
We build feedback loops into our solutions and governance frameworks, recognizing that generative AI capabilities continue to develop and organizational needs evolve over time.
Collaborative Approach
We work closely with client teams throughout engagements, ensuring that solutions and frameworks reflect organizational knowledge and that internal stakeholders understand the systems being implemented.
Our Approach to Generative AI
Context-Specific Understanding
We recognize that the value of generative AI capabilities varies significantly based on organizational context, industry requirements, and specific workflow characteristics. Rather than promoting universal adoption, we help organizations evaluate where these technologies might genuinely support their operations and where traditional approaches remain more appropriate. This requires understanding each client's particular situation, challenges, and objectives in detail before recommending any specific implementation path.
Structured Experimentation
The field of generative AI continues to develop rapidly, and organizations benefit from being able to explore emerging capabilities in a structured manner. Our workshops provide hands-on exposure to current tools within a framework that encourages critical evaluation. Our custom solutions include monitoring and feedback mechanisms that allow organizations to learn from actual usage patterns. Our governance frameworks establish boundaries that enable experimentation while maintaining necessary oversight and control.
Transparency About Limitations
Current generative AI systems have well-documented limitations around factual accuracy, reasoning consistency, and output reliability. We discuss these limitations directly in our workshops, build verification procedures into our solutions, and help organizations establish review processes that account for these constraints. This transparency allows for realistic planning and appropriate risk management rather than discovering limitations after implementation.
Long-Term Perspective
We view generative AI adoption as an ongoing process rather than a one-time implementation. Technologies continue to improve, new capabilities emerge, and organizational needs change over time. Our engagements are designed to establish foundations that can adapt as circumstances evolve. We provide documentation, training, and governance structures that support internal capability development rather than creating dependency on external support. We remain available for ongoing guidance while ensuring organizations develop their own understanding and capacity.
